Our free reprint promise

If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Just email teampaperlane@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Sizing and change-of-mind

Because each shirt is made to order for your child, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up!

Wrong address or lost package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or tracking hasn't moved in a while, email us at teampaperlane@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
