Every Paper Lane tee is printed after you place your order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then your order ships.
Shipping in the US
Standard US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
These are estimates. Busy seasons and carrier delays can add a few days, so for birthdays and holidays we recommend ordering early.
Our free reprint promise
If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Just email teampaperlane@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Sizing and change-of-mind
Because each shirt is made to order for your child, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up!
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or tracking hasn't moved in a while, email us and we'll help sort it out.
